Capstone Equities selects Abigail Michaels for concierge services for 14 Wall St.'s comm'l. tenants

Abigail Michaels Concierge Company has been retained by Capstone Equities to provide concierge services for 14 Wall St.'s commercial tenants. Companies leasing space at the 37-story building include the NY Stock Exchange, Skidmore Owings & Merrill Architects, FJ Sciame, NYU Medical Center and The Street.com. Joshua Zamir, Capstone Equities' managing principal, said, "We are pleased to have one of the first commercial buildings in New York to offer these kinds of upscale lifestyle amenities to commercial tenants. Retaining one of the city's top concierge companies, goes 'hand in hand' with Capstone's plan to elevate services in the building to attract and retain tenants."
