Capstone Equities closes two leases at 14 Wall St. totaling 26,100 s/f
Capstone Equities has signed two new leases at 14 Wall St. White Mountains Reinsurance Group, Ltd. has leased 13,100 s/f on the 17th floor and MCIC Vermont, Inc. did the same with 13,000 s/f on the third floor, according to Joshua Zamir, managing principal of Capstone Equities, and Daniel Ghadamian, principal of Capstone Equities. The 37-story building owned by Capstone Equities and The Carlyle Group, is located in the Financial District between Broadway and Broad St. and across from the New York Stock Exchange.
White Mountains Reinsurance Group, Ltd. was represented by Adam Foster of CB Richard Ellis and MCIC Vermont Inc. was represented by Scott Sloves and Laurence Briody of CB Richard Ellis.
Capstone Equities has signed over 260,000 s/f of leases at 14 Wall St. since purchasing the building with The Carlyle Group last year, and the building has recently reached 90% occupancy.
