Capobianco and Conley of Cresa Albany complete two leases

According to Cresa Albany, the firm has completed the following transactions: Berkshire Bank has leased the Ingersoll Mansion, which was renovated as part of the Mansion Square development, for a new branch location. The site is on State St. near the intersection of Balltown Rd. and will include drive-through service. Leah Capobianco and Tim Conley, CCIM, SIOR, with Cresa Albany served as tenant representative for Berkshire Bank. Kevin Parisi of Trinity Realty Group represented the landlord, Highbridge Development. Key Bank has leased a building for a new branch in the Colonie Plaza located at 1900 Central Ave. in Colonie, one block west of the intersection of Central Ave. and New Karner Rd. The branch building will accommodate drive-through banking. Capobianco and Conley served as tenant representative for Key Bank. The landlord, WP Colonie Associates LLC, was represented by Daniel Zelson with Carter Realty & Development.
