Cambridge provides $7.26m for refinancing of 153-bed nursing home
Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has provided an insured $7.26 million first mortgage loan to refinance Community Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 153-bed skilled nursing home facility.
Cambridge chairman Jeffrey Davis said, "The HUD section 232 pursuant to section 223(f) loan was arranged for the owner, an Illinois limited liability company, by Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, an FHA/MAP-approved HUD lender. Interest rate for the 30-year, fully-amortized loan was not disclosed."
