New York, NY Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin, both vice chairs of Compass, a technology-driven real estate platform, the investment sales division has expanded with new hire, Michael Caiola. As part of its continued growth and expansion, Caiola joins, George Moss, Karen Dome, Mitchell Goldstick, Trystan Polsinelli, along with Robin Abrams and her team who are expanding the retail leasing division.

In August of this year, veteran investment sales brokers, Polsinelli and Rogovin, launched the commercial division for the New York City metro region for Compass. “We are delighted to have Michael join the investment sales division of Compass. Michael is a Rising Star who already brings a strong list of accomplishments and represents the caliber of professionals we are continuing to add at all levels,” said Polsinelli, vice chair at Compass Commercial.

“The New York City investment sales market is ripe for change, and Compass has the potential to be the market leader in investment sales as they are in residential sales,” said Rogovin.

Caiola has a passion for the real estate industry that stems from his environment. “I have always been immersed in the industry – influenced by friends, family and other relatives – most of which are involved in the business. I am excited to take my career to the next level within Compass, a dynamic and ever-evolving company.”

Prior to joining Compass Commercial, Caiola interned at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on investment sales on the Upper East Side. He also interned at marketing and PR firm, Missy Farren & Associates, Ltd., where he collaborated with their consumer product division in the research and development of comprehensive marketing plans.

“With 99% of millennials searching for their next real estate investment, millionaires and billionaires are being created faster within this demographic than ever before. We speak the language of the next generation,” said Polsinelli.
