CABOT GROUP leasing 30,000 s/f at Midtown Rising site
THE CABOT GROUP has been contracted by The Pike Development Company to act as the exclusive leasing agent for 30,000 s/f of class A office space on the top floor of the Seneca Building at the Midtown Rising site.

The 8-10-year development plan, which has created hundreds of local construction jobs, is expected to reach completion late this summer.
