C&S Wholesale Grocers extends 504,875 s/f lease

Newburgh, NY According to National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. has extended their lease on long term basis. The 504,875 s/f C&S property is located in Northeast Business Center. The 141-acre corporate park is one of the premier business facilities in the Hudson Valley.  

C&S Wholesale Grocers is the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the U.S. and the lead supply chain company in the food industry. Currently, C&S serves about 6,500 stores from more than 50 locations in 15 states. Among their customers include Stop & Shop, Giant of Carlisle, Giant of Landover, BI-LO/Winn-Dixie, Safeway, and Target.

“C&S Wholesale Grocery has operated at Northeast Business Center for the past 20 years. We are happy that they can continue to serve their client base from this property and pleased that they will remain a tenant at the property,” said Brian Sekel, executive vice president at NRDC.
