James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Eleven Fifteen Associates, in the transaction. Jared Freede and Ben Friedland of CBRE represented the tenant.

“The two full floors at 1115 Broadway are a perfect fit for Taboola’s rapidly growing headquarters,” said Jeffrey Buslik, managing director at Adams & Co.  “The tenant was faced with the challenge of finding nearly 50,000 square feet of class A office space within a highly sought after submarket, which we were able to surmount. With the added perk of Madison Square Park views, the well-kept, professional property is the ideal space for the company to continue its successful growth.”

Built in 1914, 1115 Broadway is situated off of Madison Square Park, between West 24th and West 25th Streets. Featuring 12 stories and 288,000 square feet, the office building offers 24/7 access and a prime address in the Flatiron District.

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total square feet.  The full-service real estate firm is responsible for millions of square feet of office space and provides property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout Manhattan by teaming experience with innovation.
