Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a six-year (including options), 6,390 s/f lease at 121 E. 24th St. for Algonquin Productions' Algonquin Theater. The space will be used for the production and performance of plays, film exhibitions and associated activities. James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented the tenant in the transaction. Built in 1942, the 12-story building is located near Madison Sq. Park.
