Adams & Co. Real Estate has brokered five year, 5,625 s/f lease at 30-2 West 24th St. for B Five Studio, a nationally recognized architecture and design firm.
New York City based B Studio creates residential, commercial and industrial spaces that have achieved recognition in publications.
James Buslik and Alan Bonnet of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, while Norman Bobrow and Co., Inc. represented the tenant. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $37 per s/f.
The 12-story, 70,954 s/f property is located in the Flatiron District and has recently completed renovations including new elevators and a new lobby.
