Burt Hill designs master plan for 858-acre dev.
Burt Hill was commissioned to create a master plan for MotorCity, an 858-acre development at the Dubai Autodrome. The development includes a mix of residential, hotel, and office buildings, with associated amenities and parking. Construction is due for completion this year. MotorCity includes two hotels, an auto showcase concourse, office space, free standing towers and linked streetscape structures, a theme park, and residential living.
