Burkhart of Dane Real Estate honored with 2016 Golden Bridge Award

New York, NY Heidi Burkhart, founder and president of Dane Real Estate, an affordable housing brokerage and consulting firm, was recently honored with the Silver Winner in the Best Entrepreneur or Founder (Woman) of the Year category for the 2016 Golden Bridge Awards.

The annual Golden Bridge Awards encompass the world’s best in organizational performance, innovations, products and services, executives and management teams, women in business and the professions, innovations, best deployments, product management, public relations, marketing, corporate communications, international business and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry in the world.

Winners were honored September 12 during the annual Red Carpet Golden Bridge Awards Ceremony in San Francisco.

“It’s an honor to be named a winner by the Golden Bridge Awards for this esteemed industry and peer recognition,” said Burkhart. “These awards are a testament to Dane’s commitment to providing affordable housing to those who need it.”

Burkhart is a 13-year veteran of the real estate industry who established her firm, Dane Real Estate, in 2008. Under Burkhart’s leadership, Burkhart has seen Dane Real Estate evolve from a small boutique to a leader in the affordable housing industry. To date, Dane has facilitated over $1.5 billion in transactions and closed over 11,000 affordable housing units.
