Burdett of Flaum Management wins Best New Talent in Comm'l Real Estate Award from NYSCAR
Scott Burdett, the director of marketing at Flaum Management Company Inc., has received the 2008 Best New Talent in Commercial Real Estate Award by the Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). The award given by RAC-NYSCAR covers the greater Rochester area, and is an award presented each year to one of the organization's 120 members.
Burdett joined Flaum in 2005 to aid in the marketing and leasing of the company's commercial real estate portfolio. Burdett has served on the board of directors for the NYSCAR chapter and the state technology committee for NYSCAR. He is also a member of the Rochester Downtown Development Corp. Urban Retail Development Committee and the Rochester Regional Community Design Center Downtown Task Force. Burdett is a member of NYSCAR, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Realtors.
