CB Richard Ellis arranged a 51,500 s/f lease at Building 141 JFK International Airport for North America Airlines, The international charter and scheduled service airline, to house its offices on the first and second floors of the multi-tenanted property. Louis Buffalino with CB Richard Ellis's global brokerage services and Ralph Guiffre with CB Richard Ellis's Long Island office negotiated the 10-year lease on behalf of North American Airlines. The building ownership, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, was represented by in-house counsel. NorthAmerican, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Aero Logistics, Inc., is a U.S. certificated air carrier offering passenger air transportation services throughout the world for the U.S. military and commercial customers.
