Buchbinder & Warren's Satterwhite represents landlord in 1,200 s/f lease
Daniel Satterwhite of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC represented the landlord, First East Village Associates, LLC, in a 1,200 s/f lease at 82 2nd Ave. The tenant, Village Grill 82, Inc., was represented by Jerome Rock of Platinum Brokerage, LLC. The 10-year lease includes 700 s/f with a 500 s/f basement.
