Buchbinder & Warren and Lee & Assocs. broker 1,600 s/f
Manhattan, NY According to Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC, owners of craft beer and cocktail bar, The Jeffrey, have signed a new lease for space at 263 West 19th St. this will be the section location in the Chelsea neighborhood. Asking rent is $8,500 per month.
The new space consists of 750 s/f retail, and 850 s/f in the basement.
Milana Kakuriyeva and Stephanie Moore of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, CKBA LLC.
William Abramson and Elba Diaz of Buchbinder & Warren Realty handled negotiations for the landlord.
The Jeffrey features an advanced custom built draft system with dozens of hard-to-find international and local brews. The Jeffrey prides itself on introducing people to new and unique flavors and tastes. Customers can expect to find a unique wine list featuring an array of sustainable and organic local wines and beers. The Jeffrey also offers a selection of creative “gastro-bites” to complement the beer and wine.
