Bucci of Hemisphere Holdings brokers $350,000 sale
Andrea Bucci, the east region sales manager of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., brokered the $350,000 sale of the Court Plaza Apartments in cooperation with Sutton Real Estate, Inc. The 18-unit multifamily, garden/low-rise contains 14,652 s/f. The brick building is located at 524 Court St.
The seller was Maria Sanchez and the buyer was Garden Apartments, LLC.
Hemisphere Holdings is a commercial real estate firm specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties and mobile home parks.
