Bucci of Hemisphere completes $4.38 million
Andrea Bucci of Hemisphere Holdings closed on two portfolio sales totaling $4.38 million. The first deal was a $4 million Syracuse University apartment portfolio consisting of nine buildings. Bucci also closed on a second portfolio of two buildings for $380,000. The buyers and addresses are both undisclosed.
