Brown of JF Real Estate closes two leases for Madison Wealth Managers

Len Brown of JF Real Estate, a leading full service commercial real estate company, has brokered two transactions for Madison Wealth Managers, LLC. Madison Wealth Managers, a leader in financial planning and asset management, has leased 3,753 s/f of office space at 646 Plank Rd. in Clifton Park for their new headquarters. They have also leased 2,122 s/f of space for their newest office at 100 Glen St., Glen Falls. Michael Brown, CFP, CIMA of Saratoga Springs is the president and managing director of Madison Wealth Managers, LLC. With over 15 years of experience, Michael Brown was named in 2005 to Worth Magazines list of one of the top 100 Wealth Advisors in the country.
