Brooklyn Standard Properties and Cohen Commercial Properties partner to acquire $26.5 million Bronx portfolio
Bronx, NY Brooklyn Standard Properties (BSP) and Cohen Commercial Properties (CCP) partnered to buy 10 multifamily buildings for $26.5 milllion. The portfolio consists of 104 residential units in the Fordham/Belmont neighborhood.
The seller is L.A.L. Property Management Corp., a NYC development and property management company run by Leslie Lerner.

The properties involved in this transaction are:
• 2460-2468 Belmont Ave.;
• 2490 Belmont Ave.;
• 2463 Hughes Ave.;
• 2481 Hughes Ave.;
• 2454 Hoffman St.; and
• 2464 Hoffman St.
Marco Lala at Marcus and Millichap represented the seller in the deal.
Brooklyn Standard Properties and CCP recently partnered on another deal: a recent acquisition of a four building multifamily portfolio in the Fordham neighborhood.
Brooklyn Standard Properties led by David Manheimer and Benji Kohn, continues to be an active player in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. The deal marks CCP’s continued expansion of its NYC portfolio locally in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
