Bronsteen, Riney and Farese of Marcus & Millichap broker $4.1m sale of 8-units

Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 533 Bergen St. for $4.125 million.

“This is a deal we have been working on for several years, just waiting for the right buyer at the right time,” said Andrew Bronsteen. “It feels great to deliver for our client and get this done.”

Bronsteen, Shaun Riney, and Jason Farese, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was also procured by Riney, Bronsteen, and Farese.

Built in 1930, this multifamily apartment building is situated in Prospect Heights. It comprises four stories and eight units, spanning 7,000 s/f. The units consist of a mix of two and three bedrooms. It is located near the Bergen St. subway station, which services the two, three, and four subway lines.
