Day Realty Corp. has negotiated Majorica's lease renewal at the New York Accessories Exchange (NYAE) building, located at 366 Fifth Ave. The asking rent for the 10-year renewal will remain undisclosed. Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP represented Majorica. Rick Brickell, director of leasing and management of Joseph P. Day Realty, represented 366 Fifth Ave.

Majorica has been making organic pearl jewelry from the island of Majorca, Spain since 1890. Majorica is sold in department stores and jewelry stores throughout the United States and worldwide.
The company initially leased space at 366 Fifth Ave. in 1989. They lease 4,600 s/f on the 5th floor.
