“The cache of Fifth Ave., paired with the appeal of our modernized office space, continues to attract top international companies like Summit Golf Brands, Inc. looking to expand and evolve its presence in the heart of New York City,” said Joseph P. Day Realty senior vice president Richard Brickell.

Summit Golf Brands signed a lease to occupy the entire 7,300 s/f ninth floor for 10 years beginning September 1st. Brickell represented ownership in the deal. Alex Leopold and David Falk of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented Summit Golf Brands. The company relocated from 8 West 40th St.

“Our growth over the last couple of years caused us to need more space than our existing lease provided,” said Summit Golf Brands, Inc. President and CEO Chad Delp. “In addition to a larger space, we wanted to remain in the heart of Manhattan because of its proximity to the Garment District, fashion trends and the convenience it provides to customers visiting our showroom. We also needed the ability to completely design the layout in order to convey our standing as the leading branded apparel provider to the golf industry.

“After an exhaustive search process, 437 Fifth Avenue gave us all of the things we were looking for. We’re excited about this next step forward for our company.”

Centrally located within walking distance of Bryant Park and The New York Public Library, in Midtown, 437 Fifth Avenue is located at the southeast corner of 39th Street, offering easy access to city buses, subways, Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and Port Authority. Originally built in 1906, the 11-story commercial building features expansive windows, a lobby attendant and individual 24/7 key access. Notable office and retail tenants include TLC New York City LASIK, Renegade, LLC and Onward Search.
