Brick Realty Capital buys mortgage; Horn and Boyd of Besen were brokers

Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, recently completed the purchase of another non-performing mortgage and note. Located in the Chelsea neighborhood, the collateral consists of a 5-story walk-up apartment building. Jonathan Horn and Samuel Boyd, both of Besen & Associates, were the brokers in this transaction. According to Eric Roth, a managing partner, "This transaction is indicative of our ability to quickly analyze and execute the acquisition of non-performing debt. We completed our due diligence and closed on the purchase of the note and mortgage all within a 5 day period."
