Bestreich Realty Group sells Brooklyn development site for $2 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) closed the sale of 548-550 Union St. This redevelopment site is located in Gowanus between Nevins St. and 3rd Ave. The sale price was $2 million.

The lot dimension is 40 ft x 90 ft with a current buildable s/f of 7,200. The current per buildable s/f is $278 and the current zoning is M1-2 with a FAR of 3.6.

The sellers are 548 Union LLC and the buyers are Union Street Capital.

Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, Gabriel Kates, and Daniel Shawah from Bestreich Realty Group represented both the buyers and sellers side of the transaction.
