BRG is sole broker for $2.95 million sale of Brooklyn multifamily

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) handled the closing of 615 Vanderbilt Ave. in Prospect Heights, for $2.95 million.

This four-apartment multifamily is located between Bergen St. and St Marks Ave. It is 4,144 s/f with a lot dimension of 20 ft x 80 ft. All four units are free market. The seller is 615 Vanderbilt LLC and the buyers are Six One Five Vanderbilt LLC.

Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, Gabriel Kates, and Daniel Shawah of BRG facilitated both sides of the transaction.
