Bestreich Realty Group brokers four sales totaling $10.805 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) completed the following transactions:

  • 370 5th Ave. in Park Slope sold for $3.575 million. Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, Gabriel Kates, and Daniel Shawah of BRG facilitated both sides of this transaction.
  • 151 4th Ave. sold for $3.55 million. Bestreich, Sproviero, Lobel, Waring, Kates, and Shawah facilitated both sides of this transaction.
  • 18-63 Bleecker St. in Ridgewood sold for $2.48 million. Bestreich, with Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, Brian Davila, and Sean Mashihi of BRG facilitated both sides of this transaction.
  • 1244 New York Ave. in Flatbush sold for $1.2 million. Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, and Tom Reynolds facilitated both sides of this transaction.
