Brennan of McGuire Development Co. named president-elect of WCR Buffalo-Niagara chapter

Colleen Brennan, business development manager at McGuire Development Company, has been appointed as president-elect of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) Buffalo-Niagara chapter. The Women's Council of Realtors promotes leadership and high standards of professionalism among realtors. Brennan will attend the WCR midyear meetings in Washington, D.C., held in conjunction with the National Association of Realtors Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo. She recently represented WNY and the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors at "Lobby Day" in Albany. At McGuire Development, Brennan is responsible for real estate brokerage and development, marketing and new business. Her 15 years of expertise spans every aspect of the industry from owner/tenant representation to new-build commercial projects. Adding to her strengths is extensive experience in title insurance, broadcasting, advertising and marketing. Prior to joining McGuire Development, she worked for several years as a senior title insurance marketing representative for a Fortune 300 company. Brennan also currently serves as officer/secretary with the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors WNY chapter (NYSCAR) and is the recipient of the Buffalo Niagara Builders Association 2007 "Excellence in Industry Award."
