Brennan Investment Grp. acquires 6711 Hwy. 332

Brennan Investment Group, LLC arranged the acquisition of 6711 Hwy. 332. The occupant of the building is Dow Chemical. "The oil and gas business has a long supply chain and this high level of new investment by energy and chemical firms will lead to tenant demand from manufacturers, engineering, distribution, and construction firms," said Troy MacMane, managing principal and co-founder of Brennan Investment Group. "That, in turn, should drive interesting niche investment opportunities." Tom Lynch and Paul Segreto of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
