Brassel Commercial Realty has completed two transactions totaling $2.25 million.
Buffalo OB/GYN, PLLC, purchased 4575 Main St. for $900,000. The new owner will re-hab the main 6,000 s/f (of the total 12,000 s/f) for their new business location. The purchaser was represented by Greg Williams of Gurney, Becker & Bourne. Laurence Brassel represented the seller.
Greystone Alliance, LLC has leased 15,000 s/f at 33 Dodge Rd. for a 7 year period from Uniland Development Company. Greystone is a new collection agency originated by Anthony Frisicaro, the former owner of Accounts Solutions of Buffalo. Laurence Brassel was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
