Bozkurt and Zalta of Platinum Commercial lease retail space to Kalsang Pottery in the East Village

Manhattan, NY Kalsang Pottery opened its first retail location at 241 East 10th St. in the East Village, according to exclusive listing agent Platinum Commercial. The shop will feature functional art pieces designed for everyday culinary enjoyment.

Kalsang Pottery has signed a five-year lease for a 400 s/f space that was asking $172 per s/f. Additionally, the space also includes a 300 s/f basement. Emre Bozkurt and Joseph Zalta of Platinum Commercial represented both sides of the transaction.
