Bond New York names Kramer dir. of leasing

According to Bond New York, Shane Kramer has been promoted to director of leasing. In his new position, Kramer will oversee all aspects of the company's leasing transactions, supervise the managers of Bond New York's five offices, identify and advise mentors as well as provide training for all agents through Bond New York's Apartment Rental Technique (ART). Kramer developed the ART program to increase the productivity of the firm's 300 agents. During the seven-week program, agents learn apartment rental techniques, advertising, phone etiquette, interview proficiency, time management and teamwork among other skills. Bond New York is one of the largest independently owned real estate agencies in New York City. Bond New York is a full-service, team-oriented, high-energy brokerage firm specializing in sales and rentals with five offices city-wide and a staff of over 300 licensed New York City real estate agents.
