Riverhead, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease in Brixmor’s Riverhead Shopping Center on behalf of Ulta Cosmetics. Ulta will occupy a 10,400 s/f storefront in newly developed Shops at Riverhead, located at 1742 Old Country Rd.

“Ulta will be located in the Costco-anchored center in the retail hub of Riverhead located across from the Tanger Outlets. This will be a great opportunity for the cosmetics retailer. With over 26,000 vehicles that pass the site per day, this shopping center is situated at the gateway to both the South Fork or Hamptons and North Fork on Long Island, a heavy tourist summer destination,” said Sabre managing director Doug Bomzer, who represented the tenant along with Jayson Siano. “Ulta will be the perfect addition here because it is positioned in Eastern Suffolk County, where the population more than doubles during peak season,” said Bomzer.

Ulta has 1,250 existing locations and expects to open its Shops at Riverhead location in December 2017.
