BOMA Westchester elects 2025 officers and directors

White Plains, NY The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County has elected its slate of officers for the 2025 term. 

Stephanie Manfredi was re-elected president. Manfredi is a property manager at Colliers International. For nearly 15 years she has been a leader in commercial real estate, working in property and facilities management overseeing all building-related operations and communications across the New York metropolitan region. 

Manfredi was sworn in with the rest of the slate at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held December 12 at Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains.

Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2025 term were: 

Vice President: Robert McNamara of GHP Office Realty

Secretary: Geraldine Malloy of Newmark 

Treasurer: Brian VanRipper of Robert Martin Company
