Bobincheck and Heller of Landmark to market 52-unit apartment property
Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc../ONCOR International of Lemoyne was appointed the exclusive listing agency for the Locust Grove Apartments which consists of 52 garden style apartment units located at 250 Locust Grove Court.
Drew Bobincheck, CCIM and Chuck Heller, associate broker of Landmark will handle the sale negotiations for the owner.
