Blumenfeld Development Group signs Centers Urgent Care to 10-year lease at The Crossings

Syosset, NY The Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG) arranged the 10-year lease signing with Centers Urgent Care, a Medical Care company, at The Crossings in Hunts Point.

The 2,000 s/f urgent care facility is scheduled to open in the summer of 2023.

Centers Urgent Care currently has 12 locations throughout the city’s five boroughs with The Crossings site to be their second.

The Crossings, a 40,000 s/f premier retail space , is located at the corner of Southern Blvd. and Hunts Point Ave. and was BDG’s first endeavor in the borough. Ideally located at a prime bus and subway terminal, the location lends itself to easy destination and walkable customers.

Since opening in the fall of 2017, the Crossings has served the Bronx community with a variety of tenants across industry and sector including: McDonalds, Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, and Optimum Mobile among others.
