Blatter of Whitestone secures $1 million sale

Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc. purchased an unfinsihed new construction 26-unit elevator building. The address of the property is 522 and 524 East 236th St. The plans of the building was iniatially done as 2 eight-unit adjacent properties. Blatter closed in March withIn 10-days of signing the contract all cash for $1 million. The plans have been changed to build one 26-unit elevator building.
