Blatter of Whitestone Realty handles $23 million sale

New York, NY Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc. has completed the $23 million sale of 117 W 79th St. The deal closed within 10 days of signing of the contract. The building was used as a hotel the past 14 years and was recently closed down due to some legal issues pertaining to the use as an SRO. The issues have since been resolved.

The property is a seven-story elevator building sitting feet from Central Park.

Whitestone is aggressively looking to purchase additional off market properties in the five boroughs.
