Blackstone acquires retail portfolio in Soho

Manhattan, NY Fried Frank advised Blackstone on its acquisition of a four-property retail portfolio in Soho from ASB Real Estate Investments for $197.5 million. The acquisition includes 131,257 s/f across four properties: 61 Crosby St., 72-76 Greene St., 415 West Bdwy. and 465 Bdwy. The transaction marks the biggest investor-led retail purchase in Manhattan since 2021.

The Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP team included partners Steven Rudgayzer and Simon Elkharrat, special counsel Jessica Mayes, and associates Joshua Katz, Molly Diamondstein, Melissa Brown and Shakierah Smith.
