Manhattan, NY Hampton builder, Joe Farrell, launched his first area showroom in TriBeCa sponsored with Black Mountain Capital’s Alex Elezaj and invited brokers who attended the opening party at the new Farrell Building showroom at 11 Hubert St.

“The party was to introduce New York City brokers to the Hampton’s top builder.” said Elezaj, founder and managing director of Black Mountain Capital. The firm works with many clients in the market for luxury properties in New York City and the Hamptons.

“It was a great night for all the brokers to see some of the Farrell Building Co.’s spectacular one-of-a-kind projects displayed on large television screens,” said  Jacqueline Elezaj of Black Mountain Capital.

Many of NYC’s premier brokers from the city’s top brokerage firms including Douglas Elliman, Town Real Estate, Brown Harris Stevens, Halstead, Corcoran, Sotheby’s and other real estate agents enjoyed the party catered by The House Restaurant and Gramercy Catering. Guests also had their photos taken in a Greenroom photo booth and by Jonathan Grassi, photographer.
