Bestreich, Sproviero and Reynolds of Bestreich Realty Group negotiate $9.25 million sale

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group has completed the sale of 255-265 Linden St., a 39-unit assemblage consisting of 5 buildings totaling 34,900 s/f and 140 ft. of contiguous frontage on Linden St. The asset closed for $9.25 million. Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero and Steve Reynolds represented the seller and buyer.

In the predominantly low rise neighborhood of Bushwick, the Linden St. multifamily assemblage offered the purchaser with immediate scale that would otherwise be more difficult to amass. This closing completes a 132 unit $40.5 million portfolio sale in which our team handled dispositions.
