Bestreich Realty Group handles 41 Wyckoff LLC and RH Wyckoff LLC in $3.05 million sale

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) has sold 41 Wyckoff St. in the Boerum Hill neighborhood for $3.05 million ($829 per s/f). The building features four two-bedroom apartments totaling 3,680 s/f and 920 s/f of additional air rights. 

Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, Gabriel Kates, and Daniel Shawah facilitated both sides of the transaction. The seller was 41 Wyckoff LLC and the buyers were RH Wyckoff LLC.

The brick property is built 23 ft. x 42 ft., inclusive of a 5 ft. extension on the ground and parlor floor, which the third and fourth floor is built 23 ft. x 38 ft.
