Bestreich Realty Group closes four sales totaling $12.25 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) closed the following transactions:

  • 242-244 Hawthorne St. in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood sold for $6.1 million. Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, Brian Davila facilitated both sides of the transaction. The seller was J&M Prospect Place Enterprises LLC and the buyers were 244 Hawthorne LLC.
  • 341 Lenox Rd. in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, a 24,080 buildable s/f development site, sold for $3 million. Bestreich, Reynolds, Reynolds, and Brian Underkofler facilitated both sides of the transactions. The seller was 341 Lenox LLC and the buyers were Lenox Road LLC.
  •  237 Montrose Ave. in the Williamsburg neighborhood, a development site with 7,500 buildable s/f, sold for $1.85 million. Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Hakeem Lecky, and Corey Haynes facilitated both sides of the deal. The seller is the Lasaracina Family and the buyer was 237 Montrose Avenue LLC.
  • 19-16 Gates Ave. in  the Ridgewood area of Queens sold for $1.3 million. Bestreich, Reynolds, Reynolds, and Brian managed both sides of the transactions. The seller is 1916 Gates LLC and the buyer is Circu LLC.
