Queens, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) handled the sale of 1652 Norman St. in the Ridgewood neighborhood for $1.35 million.

This property is located between Wyckoff Ave. and Cypress Ave. The lot is built 26.42 ft x 100 ft and the building is build 21 ft x 60 ft with semi-detached with windows. This multifamily consists of five apartments and one garage and has 3,780 s/f. The sale price equates to $357 per s/f and $270,000 per unit. The seller is 1652 Norman Street LLC and the buyer is Norman St LLC.

Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Brian Davila, Tom Reynolds, and Sean Mashihi facilitated both the buy and sell side of this transaction.
