82 Clinton Ave.:  This four-apartment multifamily is located between Myrtle and Park Aves. in Clinton Hill. The sale price was $2.75 million. This property offers 5,200 s/f, equating to $529 per s/f. Gabriel Kates of BRG led the deal with Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, and Daniel Shawah. The team facilitated both sides of the transaction, representing the seller, 82 Clinton LLC and the buyer, Clinton Avenue LLC.

568 Lafayette Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

568 Lafayette Ave.: This new construction 10-unit multifamily is located in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The sale price was $6 million. This property offers 8,542 s/f, which equates to $702 per s/f. Bestreich led the deal with  Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, and Brian Davila, who assisted both sides of the transaction representing the seller, 568 Lafayette Avenue LLC and the buyer, Lafayette Avenue LLC.
