Bestreich of Marcus & Millichap brokers $5.025 million sale of eight-unit Brooklyn apartment property

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 343 6th Ave., an eight-unit apartment property, according to John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm's borough office. The asset sold for $5.025 million. Derek Bestreich of Marcus & Millichap secured and represented the buyer in this off-market deal. "343 6th Ave. is an architecturally significant corner eight family property in the heart of Park Slope, featuring three and four-bedroom units, five of which were delivered vacant at closing. The sale was completed in an off market transaction in which only two buyers were called," said Bestreich.
