Ariel Property Advisors has closed the sale of an industrial property located at 79-85 Georgia Ave. for $1.2 million.
Brokers Jonathan Berman and Jesse Deutch represented the seller. The seller was the estate of the owner and the buyer was a building tenant.
The one-story, 15,000 s/f, 75-ft. wide building is now being used as a garage. The property is located in the East New York Industrial Business Zone, one of the city's 16 Industrial Business Zones that offer industrial firms tax incentives and expanded assistance services in partnership with local development groups.
