Berkey of L&L reps owner in 14,320 s/f lease to Pamerantz Haudek
The law firm Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross has leased 14,320 s/f comprising the entire 20th and a portion of the 21st floors at 600 Third Ave. for its New York headquarters.

Ted Rotante of Colliers represented the tenant while Andrew Wiener and David Berkey of L&L represented the building ownership in the 10-year lease.
The 75-year old firm, best known for representing institutional and individual investors in securities fraud litigation, expects to relocate from 100 Park Ave. to its new offices in September.
