The three office buildings at 30, 91 & 121 Erie Canal Dr. comprising of 24,000 s/f, were recently sold to a local investment group for $1.625 million.
Charter's Jack Bent and Kevin Bruckner represented the seller, an undisclosed lender that had acquired the properties through foreclosure.
The buyer was represented by Brian DiNardo of DiNardo Realty.
