Benson of Greiner Maltz brings 20th Century Fox/Steven Spielberg production to Westchester
Rye Brook, NY According to Greiner Maltz, the firm has helped bring a 20th Century Fox production, directed by Steven Spielberg, to Westchester County for filming.

Executive associate broker Scott Benson of Greiner Maltz played the lead role in the negotiations with 20th Century Fox which led the studio to choose Westchester County over the many other possible sites it was contemplating.
The untitled movie, starring Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks, is reportedly based on the Washington Post’s role in exposing the Pentagon Papers detailing the U.S. government’s military involvement in Vietnam back in 1971, has begun production in the White Plains location identified by Greiner Maltz.
This is the second production that the 63-year-old brokerage firm has brought to Westchester in the last six months, having recently assisted FX Networks’ show, The Americans, film several episodes in the county and is currently in negotiations with several other production companies with regard to possible productions in the greater New York area.

In addition to Streep and Hanks, the film boasts an outstanding supporting cast that includes Alison Brie, Carrie Coon, David Cross, Bruce Greenwood, Tracy Letts, Bob Odenkirk, Sarah Paulson, Jesse Plemons, Matthew Rhys, Michael Stuhlbarg, Bradley Whitford, and Zach Woods.
